87 North to exit 14B. Right off exit ramp. Right at fourth traffic light onto College Road. LifePlex on the left ¼ mile.

Make a right turn onto Airmount Ave. in Ramsey NJ (between Dunkin Donuts & Chili's) Stay on Airmont Rd. into NY, cross Rt. 59, cross the NY state thruway overpass and then proceed through 4 lights and make a right at the fifth light onto College Rd. LifePlex on the left ¼ mile.
